Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
SECTOR: DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION, HOSPITALITY, TRAVEL, LEISURE AND RETAIL
For three consecutive years, I wrote the WiHTL & DiR Gender Pay Gap Report. This covered the hospitality, travel, and leisure (and latterly retail) sectors.
Working in collaboration with PwC, who provided sector data, I researched and wrote a report on the gender pay gap for WiHTL & DiR’s (private sector) member organisations.
Pulling together qualitative and quantitative data, I wrote a cohesive, impact-focused narrative, highlighting both the progress and the challenges in mitigating pay gaps, and recommending ways in which to close existing gaps.
I have always loved collaborating with Sarah. She brings the subjects she is writing about to life in a way I could only dream of! Her ability to understand a subject and nail a written brief is second to none. She adds a human element to it, which is something AI could only dream of.
