SECTOR: NONPROFIT, SOCIAL ADVOCACY, AND EMPOWERING WOMEN

Approached by a fertility nonprofit, I wrote a research paper using raw data and team insights to advocate for fertility-inclusive workplaces.

This was presented to MPs at Parliament (UK), June 2025.

After the success of the UK report, the organisation extended the same research across four other geographies. 

I was employed to draft a report based on the results to highlight key themes and discrepancies, and the cultural nuances in relation to fertility treatment in different countries. 

The report was published to coincide with the Future of Work Conference 2025.
